Igor Mikula

Born in 1965, Lviv.
In 1989 he finished his studies at the Art glass department in Lviv State Institute of applied and decorative arts.
Has been a member of regional, nationwide and international exhibitions since 1989.
Works in the easel painting genre, monumental paintings, sacred art, graphics.
Has been member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2008.
He decorated famous Yan Hašek’s book «Adventures of brave warrior Shveyk».
Developed envelope, stamp, poster, bookplate and titles for the 125 anniversary of creation of first newsletter of the Scientific Society n.a. Taras Shevchenko.
Easel painting works are in private collections in Ukraine, Poland, UK, USA, Switzerland etc.
In 2005 he was awarded with prize and Diploma of National Administration of the President of Ukraine for the original idea-sketch design of Ukrainian house in Kyiv.
Member of the National Union of Artists, Club of Ukrainian artists.
Senior lecturer in academic painting department of Lviv National Academy of Arts.
